Documents Required

1. Visa application form

After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

2. Passport (Original and photocopy)

It must have at least 2 empty visa pages

It must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended exit date from India

3. 2 Photos

Recent 50mmx50mm passport photos against a plain white background

4. Previous India visas

Any previous India visas (Originals and photocopies)

5. Sponsorship letter

Sponsorship letter from the company/firm being represented in the Philippines, duly attested by Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) of the Philippines or Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines

6. Business letter of invitation

Formal invitation letter from a company in India confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship, duration and dates of business trip(s)

It must include your passport details (Passport number, Issue date and Expiry date)

7. Proof of funds

Proof of financial standing and expertise in the field of intended business

8. Travel tickets

Round trip travel tickets

All documents must show your name as in your passport

The authorities reserve the right to ask for additional documents to be provided
