Documents Required

  1. Visa application form

    2. After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

    3. It must have at least 2 consecutive, facing, blank pages

    It must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended exit date in Nigeria

  3. Three Photos

    4. Recent 2×2 passport photos against a plain white background

    5. Any previous Nigeria visas (if applicable)

  5. Travel ticket

    6. Confirmed travel ticket

  6. Visa request letter

    7. Original visa request letter endorsed by the Embassy of Nigeria in Manila and a copy of passport from your inviter in Nigeria

  7. Approval

    8. Approval from Immigration Department in Nigeria (Original)

  8. Contract

    9. Contract from Nigeria signed by both parties. (If
    applicant is on the direct hire contract of employment it
    should be authenticated by the Embassy of Philippines in
    Nigeria).

  12. Diploma and Transcript of Record

    13. Original diploma and Transcript of Record (Authenticated by DFA)

  13. NBI clearance

  14. Solas (for Seaman)

  15. Certificates of employment

    16. Certificates of employment from previous work places

  16. Medical Certificate

    17. Recently issued medical certificate showing that the applicant is fit to work

  17. Certificate of Incorporation

    18. Certificate of Incorporation of the Company in Nigeria
