Documents Required

1. Visa application form

After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

2. Passport (Original)

It must have at least 2 consecutive, facing, blank pages

It must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended exit date in Nigeria

3. Three Photos

Recent 2×2 passport photos against a plain white background

4. Previous Nigeria visas (Originals and photocopies)

Any previous Nigeria visas (if applicable)

5. Accommodation

Confirmed accommodation booking

6. Travel tickets

Confirmed round-trip travel tickets

7. Letter of invitation

Invitation letter endorsed by the Embassy of Nigeria in Manila and a copy of passport from your host in Nigeria

8. Bank certificate

Bank certificate showing sufficient funds for the trip

9. Medical Certificate

Recently issued medical certificate stating that the applicant is fit to travel

10. Certificate of employment (if employed)
11. Children (under 18)

Birth certificate (Original and photocopy)

Letter of consent from both parents

Photocopies of both parents passports

All documents must show your name as in your passport

The authorities reserve the right to ask for additional documents to be provided
