Biometrics are valid for all Schengen countries for five years.

Documents Required

    3. It must have at least 2 empty visa pages

    It must be issued within the last 10 years

    It must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area

  3. Photo

    4. Recent 35mmx45mm passport photo against a plain white background

  4. Previous Schengen visas

    5. Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

  5. Travel tickets

    6. Proof of travelling together with EU family member or proof of meeting in the country of destination

  6. EU family member’s passport/ID (Original and photocopy)

  7. Proof of relationship with EU family member

    8. Spouse: marriage certificate (original and photocopy)

    Children: birth certificate (original and photocopy)

All documents must show your name as in your passport

All documents must be in English or Dutch
