Documents Required

  1. Application form

    2. After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

  2. Passport (Original and photocopy)

    3. It must have at least 2 empty consecutive visa pages
    It must be issued within the last 10 years
    It must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area

  3. Two photos

    4. Recent 35mmx45mm passport photos against a plain white background

  4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

    5. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 30 days after your trip

  5. Previous Schengen visas

    6. Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

  6. Travel tickets

    7. Round trip travel tickets

  7. Accommodation

    8. Confirmed hotel booking

  8. Travel insurance

    9. Travel insurance policy certificate showing cover for all Schengen countries and medical expenses, repatriation for at least 30000 euros.

  9. Bank statements

    10. Certified last 3 months UK bank statements showing sufficient funds for the trip
    The last balance must be dated within 30 days from the date of your appointment at the visa application centre

  10. Business letter of invitation

    11. Formal invitation letter from a company in Belgium confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship and duration of business trip(s)

  11. Proof of occupation

    12. If you’re employed you have to provide your last 3 months payslips and a letter from your employer (original) confirming your employment start date, job title and annual salary. The letter must include the company registration number, address, contact details and position of the signatory.
    If you’re self-employed you have to provide an accountant letter and your latest tax return

All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English, French, Dutch or German
