If you’re staying in private accommodation you have to provide (a formal obligation )and a copy of passport from the host
Travel insurance policy certificate showing cover for all Schengen countries and medical expenses, repatriation for at least 30000 euros.
Certified last 3 months UK bank statements showing all transactions.
The last balance must be dated within 30 days from the date of your appointment at the visa application centre
If you’re employed you have to provide your last 3 months payslips and a letter from your employer (original) confirming your employment start date, job title and annual salary. The letter must include the company registration number, address, contact details and position of the signatory.
If you’re a student you have to provide a letter from your school/university (original) confirming your student status, type of studies, number of lessons (in hours) per week and attendance record
If you’re self-employed you have to provide an accountant letter and your latest tax return
If you’re unemployed and receiving benefits you have to provide a recent letter from the Jobcentre
If you’re retired you have to provide a recent letter from DWP
Birth certificate (Original and photocopy)
Both parents’ passports (Original and photocopy)
If travelling alone or with one parent then a letter of consent from the other parent must be provided
All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English, French, Dutch or German
