All visa applicants aged from 12-70 are required to submit their fingerprints and a photo. Biometrics are valid for all Schengen countries for five years.

Documents Required

1. Application form

After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

2. Passport (Original and photocopy)

It must have at least 2 empty visa pages
It must be issued within the last 10 years
It must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area

3. Photo

Recent 35mmx45mm passport photo against a plain white background

4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 30 days after your trip

5. Previous Schengen visas

Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

6. Proof of travelling together with EU/EEA or Swiss family member or proof of meeting in the country of destination

Confirmed travel tickets showing visa applicant’s and EU/EEA or Swiss family member’s name

7. EU/EEA/Swiss family member’s passport/ID (Original and photocopy)
8. Proof of relationship with EU/EEA/Swiss family member

For spouses of EEA/ EU/ Swiss national passport holders: – Marriage certificate (Original and photocopy)
For children of EEA/ EU/ Swiss national passport holders: – Full unabridged birth certificate (Original and photocopy) showing the applicant’s and both their parents’ names
For parents of EEA/ EU/ Swiss national passport holders: – Full unabridged birth certificate (Original and photocopy) showing the applicant’s and their child’s name

All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Croatian
