All visa applicants aged from 12-70 are required to submit their fingerprints and a photo. Biometrics are valid for all Schengen countries for five years.

Documents Required

1. Application form

After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

2. Passport (Original and photocopy)

It must have at least 2 empty visa pages
It must be issued within the last 10 years
It must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area

3. Photo

Recent 35mmx45mm passport photo against a plain white background

4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 30 days after your trip

5. Previous Schengen visas

Previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years (Originals and photocopies)

6. Travel tickets

Confirmed round trip travel tickets

7. Accommodation

Confirmed hotel/hostel/Airbnb booking
If you’re staying in private accommodation you have to provide a signed invitation letter and a copy of passport from the host

8. Travel insurance certificate (issued in UK)

Travel insurance that covers all Schengen countries and medical expenses, repatriation for at least 30000 euros.
Applicants insured through a bank, must obtain a letter from the bank that confirms cover

9. Proof of funds available for the trip

Certified last 3 months UK bank statements showing sufficient funds. The last balance must be dated within 30 days from the date of your appointment at the visa application centre

10. Proof of occupation

If you’re employed you have to provide your last 3 months payslips and a recent letter from your employer (original) confirming your employment start date, job tittle and annual salary.
If you’re a student you have to provide a letter from your school/university (original) confirming your student status, type of studies, number of lessons (in hours) per week and attendance record
If you’re self-employed you have to provide a recent accountant letter (original) and your latest tax return
If you’re unemployed and receiving benefits you have to provide a recent letter from the Jobcentre
If you’re retired you have to provide a recent letter from DWP

11. Children (under 18)

Birth certificate (Original and photocopy)
Both parents’ passports (Original and photocopy)
Letter of parental consent duly signed by both parents

All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Croatian
