  4. It must have at least 2 empty visa pages
    It must be issued within the last 10 years
    It must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area

  6. Recent 35mmx45mm passport photo against a plain white background

  7. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)
  8. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 30 days after your trip

  9. Previous Schengen visas (Originals and photocopies)
  10. Previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

  11. Travel tickets
  12. Confirmed round trip travel tickets

  13. Accommodation
  14. Confirmed hotel booking

  15. Travel insurance
  16. Travel insurance that covers all Schengen countries and medical expenses, repatriation for at least 30000 euros.
    Applicants insured through a bank, must obtain a letter from the bank that confirms cover

  17. Bank statements
  18. Certified last 3 months UK bank statements showing sufficient funds
    The last balance must be dated within 30 days from the date of your appointment at the visa application centre

  19. Business letter of invitation
  20. Formal invitation letter from a company in Estonia confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship and dates of business trip(s)

  21. Proof of occupation
  22. If you’re employed you have to provide your last 3 months payslips and a recent letter (Original) from your employer indicating purpose of travel, dates of travel and who will cover the expenses.
    If you’re self-employed you have to provide a recent accountant letter (Original) and your latest tax return

All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Estonian
