    5. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for the entire duration of stay in the Schengen area

  5. Previous Schengen visas

    6. Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

  6. Travel tickets

    7. Round trip travel tickets

  7. Accommodation

    8. Confirmed hotel booking showing your full name, dates of stay and hotel details

  8. Travel insurance

    9. Travel insurance that covers all Schengen countries and medical expenses, repatriation for at least 30000 euros

  9. Proof of funds available for the trip

    10. Certified last 3 months UK bank statements showing sufficient funds: at least £40 per day for the entire duration of stay in the Schengen area.
    The last balance must be dated within one week from the date of your appointment at the visa application centre

  10. Business letter of invitation

    11. Formal invitation letter from a company in Germany confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship, duration of business trip(s) and if applicable, confirmation that travel and accommodation expenses will be covered

  11. Proof of occupation

    12. Letter from your employer confirming the duration of employment, business relationship with the German company, travel purpose, duration of business trip(s) and, if applicable, a guarantee that all travel expenses will be covered, including travel health insurance.

  12. Proof of address in UK

    13. Recent utility bill, latest council tax bill, bank statement, pension certificate or similar
