UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 6 months after your trip
Last 3 months bank statements or utility bills
Confirmed hotel booking
If you’re staying in private accommodation you have to provide a signed invitation letter and a copy of a passport from the host
Confirmed round-trip travel tickets
Formal invitation letter from a company in Ghana confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship and dates of business trip(s)
If you’re employed you have to provide a recent letter (Original) from your employer indicating purpose of travel, dates of travel and who will cover the expenses.
If you’re self-employed you have to provide a recent accountant letter
All documents must show your name as in your passport
The authorities reserve the right to ask for additional documents to be provided
