Documents Required

1. Visa application form

After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

2. Passport (Original and photocopy)

It must have at least 2 empty visa pages

It must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended entry date in India

3. 2 Photos

Recent 50mmx50mm passport photos against a plain white background

4. Previous India visas

Any previous India visas (Originals and photocopies)

5. Employment letter

An original signed letter from the company in UK on letterhead paper explaining the nature of business and
duration of visit.

It must be addressed to High Commission of India, India House, Aldwych, London, WC2B 4NA

6. Business letter of invitation

Formal invitation letter from a company in India confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship, duration and dates of business trip(s)

It must include your passport details (Passport number, Issue date and Expiry date)

It must be addressed to High Commission of India, India House, Aldwych, London, WC2B 4NA

7. Certificate of incorporation

Certificate of incorporation/registration of the Indian company

8. Declaration form

Signed and dated India visa declaration form

9. Authorisation letter

Authorisation letter permitting our visa agent to submit and collect the application on your behalf
