Documents Required

  1. 5 sets of visa application form

    2. After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

  2. Passport (Original and photocopy)

    3. It must have at least 2 empty visa pages

    It must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended entry date in India

  3. 5 Photos

    4. Recent 50mmx50mm passport photos against a plain white background

  4. UK residence permit

    5. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 6 months after your trip

  5. Previous India visas

    6. Any previous India visas (Originals and photocopies)

  6. Employment letter

    7. An original signed letter from the company in UK on letterhead paper explaining the nature of business and
    duration of visit.

    It must be addressed to High Commission of India, India House, Aldwych, London, WC2B 4NA

  7. Business letter of invitation

    8. Formal invitation letter from a company in India confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship, duration and dates of business trip(s)

    It must include your passport details (Passport number, Issue date and Expiry date)

    It must be addressed to High Commission of India, India House, Aldwych, London, WC2B 4NA

  8. Certificate of incorporation

    9. Certificate of incorporation/registration of the Indian company

  9. Declaration form

    10. Signed and dated India visa declaration form

  10. Authorisation letter

    11. Authorisation letter permitting our visa agent to submit and collect the application on your behalf

  11. Additional form

    12. Additional form for applicants with Pakistani origin

  12. Bank statements

    13. Last 3 months UK bank statements

  13. Proof of residence

    14. If you are residing in UK for less than 2 years you will need to provide a fully completed additional form for Non-UK nationals

    If you are residing in UK for more than 2 years you will need to provide one recent utility bill (dated within past 30 days) and one utility from more than 2 years ago (dated within 24-30 months)

  14. Accommodation

    15. Confirmed hotel/hostel/Airbnb booking

    If you’re staying with relatives you have to provide a notarised invitation letter from relatives in India and their proof of identity (notarised Photo ID)

  15. Pakistani ID card

    16. Photocopy of the Pakistani ID card (if applicable)
    or
    Personal undertaking letter confirming the applicant does not hold an ID card
