  4. It must have at least 2 empty visa pages

    It must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended entry date in India

  5. 2 Photos
  6. Recent 50mmx50mm passport photos against a plain white background

  7. UK residence permit
  8. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 6 months after your trip (if applicable)

  9. Previous India visas
  10. Any previous India visas (Originals and photocopies)

  11. Declaration form
  12. Signed and dated India visa declaration form

  13. Authorisation letter
  14. Authorisation letter permitting our visa agent to submit and collect the application on your behalf

  15. Additional form
  16. Additional form for applicants with Pakistani origin

  17. Bank statements
  18. Last 3 months UK bank statements

  19. Proof of occupation
  20. If you’re employed you have to provide a recent letter from your employer confirming your employment

    If you’re a student you have to provide a letter from your school/university confirming your student status

    If you’re self-employed you have to provide a recent accountant letter and your latest tax return

    If you’re unemployed and receiving benefits you have to provide a recent letter from the Jobcentre

    If you’re retired you have to provide a recent letter from DWP

  22. If you are residing in UK for less than 2 years you will need to provide a fully completed additional form for Non-UK nationals

    If you are residing in UK for more than 2 years you will need to provide one recent utility bill (dated within past 30 days) and one utility from more than 2 years ago (dated within 24-30 months)

  23. Accommodation
  24. Confirmed hotel/hostel/Airbnb booking

    If you’re staying with relatives you have to provide a notarised invitation letter from relatives in India and their proof of identity (notarised Photo ID)

  25. Pakistani ID card
  26. Photocopy of the Pakistani ID card (if applicable)

  27. UK Notary Affidavit
  28. UK Notary Affidavit (Original) stating that the applicant does not hold a Pakistani passport or a Pakistani ID card

  29. Children (under 18)
  30. Birth certificate showing both parents names (Photocopy)

    Letter of consent (Original) from both parents

    Photocopies of both parents passports
