UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 6 months after your trip (if applicable)

Last 3 months UK bank statements
If you’re employed you have to provide a recent letter from your employer confirming your employment
If you’re a student you have to provide a letter from your school/university confirming your student status
If you’re self-employed you have to provide a recent accountant letter and your latest tax return
If you’re unemployed and receiving benefits you have to provide a recent letter from the Jobcentre
If you’re retired you have to provide a recent letter from DWP
If you are residing in UK for less than 2 years you will need to provide a fully completed additional form for Non-UK nationals
If you are residing in UK for more than 2 years you will need to provide one recent utility bill (dated within past 30 days) and one utility from more than 2 years ago (dated within 24-30 months)
Confirmed hotel/hostel/Airbnb booking
If you’re staying with relatives you have to provide a notarised invitation letter from relatives in India and their proof of identity (notarised Photo ID)
Photocopy of the Pakistani ID card (if applicable)
UK Notary Affidavit (Original) stating that the applicant does not hold a Pakistani passport or a Pakistani ID card
Birth certificate showing both parents names (Photocopy)
Letter of consent (Original) from both parents
Photocopies of both parents passports
All documents must show your name as in your passport
