  1. Application form

    2. After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

  2. Passport (Original and two photocopies)

    3. Valid for at least 3 months after your trip

  3. Two photos

    4. Recent 35mmx45mm passport photos against a plain white background

  4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

    5. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 1 month after your trip

  5. Previous Schengen visas

    6. Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

  6. Travel tickets

    7. Fully paid round trip travel tickets with a receipt

  7. Accommodation (if it is not provided by the inviting company)

    8. Confirmed hotel booking showing your full name, dates of stay and hotel details

  8. Travel insurance

    9. Travel insurance that covers all Schengen countries and medical expenses, repatriation for at least 30000 euros

  9. Bank statements

    10. Certified last 3 months bank statements showing all transactions

  10. Business letter of invitation

    11. From the company in Italy (Template) and a copy of passport/ID from inviting person and company registration documents (Visura Camerale)
    The name of the person signing the invitation form must appear in the Visura Camerale

  11. Proof of occupation

    12. If you’re employed you have to provide your last 3 months payslips, certificate of incorporation of employer’s company, an original recent letter from your employer confirming your employment start date, salary and position written on paper with a letterhead.
    If you’re self-employed you have to provide last 3 months business bank statements, latest tax return, company registration certificate and accountant letter
    If you’re sole trader you have to provide your latest tax return and a letter from HMRC that shows UTR number

All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Italian
