All visa applicants aged from 12-70 are required to submit their fingerprints and a photo. Biometrics are valid for all Schengen countries for five years.

Documents Required

1. Application form

After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

2. Passport (Original and two photocopies)

Valid for at least 3 months after your trip

3. Two photos

Recent 35mmx45mm passport photos against a plain white background

4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 30 days after your trip

5. Previous Schengen visas

Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

6. Travel tickets

Proof of travelling together with EU family member or proof of meeting in the country of destination

7. EU family member’s passport/ID (Original and photocopy)
8. Proof of relationship with EU family member

Marriage certificate (original and photocopy) and declaration from EU national (Template)

If the marriage certificate is not from UK or EU/EEA country then it must be legalised
All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Italian
