Documents Required

1. Application form

After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

2. Passport (Original and photocopies of all pages)

It must have at least 2 empty visa pages
It must be issued within the last 10 years
It must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area

3. Photo

Recent 35mmx45mm passport photo against a plain white background

4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 3 months after your trip

5. Previous Schengen visas

Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

6. Travel tickets

Round trip travel tickets

7. Travel insurance

Travel insurance that covers all Schengen countries and medical expenses, repatriation for at least 30000 euros

8. Bank statements

Certified last 3 months UK bank statements showing all transactions

9. Business letter of invitation

Formal invitation letter from a company in Netherlands confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship and duration of business trip(s)

10. Proof of occupation

If you’re employed you have to provide your last 3 months payslips (originals and photocopies) and/or a letter from your employer confirming company’s registration number, your employment start date, job tittle and annual salary
If you’re self-employed you have to provide an accountant letter and your latest tax return

All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Dutch or French or Spanish
You may be eligible for orange carpet visa facility if your company is registered with the Embassy of Netherlands
