  2. Passport (Original and photocopy)

    3. It must have at least 2 empty visa pages
    It must be issued within the last 10 years
    It must be valid for at least 3 months from the date on which you will leave the Schengen area

  3. Photo

    4. Recent 35mmx45mm passport photo against a plain white background

  4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

    5. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 3 months after your trip

  5. Previous Schengen visas

    6. Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

  6. Travel tickets

    7. Proof of travelling together with EU family member or proof of meeting in the country of destination

  7. EU family member’s passport/ID (Original and photocopy)

  8. Proof of relationship with EU family member

    9. An official copy of a birth certificate or marriage certificate or certificate of registered partnership (either fully legalised or issued with an apostille)
