Visa conditions

The earliest possible visa application submission is 45 days from the intended entry date in Nigeria.

To apply for a 1-year multiple entry visa you must show an original previously used multiple entry visa OR 2 original previously used single entry visas issued by Nigeria High Commission in London.

Documents Required

  2. After you have placed an order with us we will prepare it and send it to you

  3. Passport (Original)
  4. It must have at least 2 empty visa pages

    It must be valid for at least 6 months from the intended entry date in Nigeria

  5. 2 Photos
  6. Recent (not older than 1 month) 35mmx45mm passport photos against a plain white background with your full name written on the back

  7. Previous Nigeria visas (Originals and photocopies)
  8.     Any previous Nigeria visas (if applicable)

  9. Accommodation
  10. Confirmed hotel booking

  11. Travel tickets
  12. Confirmed round-trip travel tickets

  13. Certificate of incorporation
  14. A copy of the inviting company’s certificate of incorporation

  15. Business letter of invitation
  16. Formal invitation letter from a company in Nigeria confirming your purpose of travel, type of business relationship and dates of business trip(s) with an attached copy of inviter’s passport.

  17. Proof of occupation
  18. If you’re employed you have to provide a recent letter (Original) from your employer indicating the purpose of travel, dates of travel and that the employer will cover your expenses.

    If you’re self-employed you have to provide a letter addressed to the Nigeria High Commission stating the purpose of your trip and travel dates. Additionally, you have to provide your most recent bank statement showing a balance of at least £500

All documents must show your name as in your passport

If you’re attending a conference you must provide a conference schedule issued by the organisers

The authorities reserve the right to ask for additional documents to be provided
