  5. Previous visas (Originals and photocopies)

    6. Any previous visas from Russia

    8. If child’s surname is any different than accompanying parents’ surname then a birth certificate must be provided

All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Russian
Self-employed or unemployed applicants (except students, housewives and retired) are required to provide certified last 3 months bank statements
If you hold more than one citizenship then all passports (Originals and photocopies) must be provided
Any valid Russia visas must be cancelled when submitting a new visa application
