    4. Recent 35mmx45mm passport photo against a plain white background

  4. UK residence permit (Original and photocopy)

    5. UK residence permit/visa/ILR/BRP valid for at least 30 days after your trip

  5. Previous Schengen visas

    6. Photocopies of previous Schengen visas from the last 3 years

  6. Travel tickets

    7. Proof of travelling together with EU family member or proof of meeting in the country of destination

  7. EU family member’s passport/ID (photocopy)

  8. Proof of relationship with EU family member

    9. Spouse: marriage certificate (original and photocopy) and personal statement from EU national confirming that your relationship is ongoing and you are travelling together. If the EU citizen is a Spanish national, the personal statement must be written in the Spanish language
    Children: birth certificate (original and photocopy) and letter of intent by the applicant (dated and signed), confirming the purpose of the trip. Photocopies of both parents’ passports

If the EU citizen is a Spanish national, you must submit a copy of the “Libro de Familia”
If the marriage/birth certificate is not from UK or EU/EEA country then it must be legalised and translated into Spanish by a certified translator
All documents must show your name as in your passport
All documents must be in English or Spanish
